Save a Donkey
Adopting a Donkey
When you adopt a donkey your continued backing will assist all the donkeys at Dinny Danny Donkey. It will help to purchase food and pay vets bills as well as the upkeep of the digs for the donkeys. Most importantly of all, it allows you 2 visits to your adopted donkey every year in spring and autumn.

Help us create a future that’s safe, healthy and happy for all our Donkeys. Your donation can help with all our donkeys by providing them with the care and support they deserve. Donate today to give these hardworking animals access to water, food and shelter and most of all a peaceful life.

Our Services
Rescuing
By 2030 it is estimated that half the worlds donkeys will be wiped out. We want to provide a safe and loving environment for donkeys that have been abused, neglected or abandoned
Online Shop
We have a wonderful, online shop with so many donkey related items. Here, you can combine your two favourite things – retail therapy and donkeys, all the time supporting us as you purchase
Adoption
Through no fault of their own donkeys have been abandoned, have strayed or are no longer wanted for a variety of reasons. All they need is love, adopting is a perfect solution

Donkey Digs relies on our family of Volunteers who help us to fundraise and help us care for the donkeys. Volunteering is a rewarding experience we believe everyone has a valuable contribution to make

Donkey adoptions gives a huge boost to our work. They not only help fund all our local Donkey activities but also fund our other vital work around the world.
By adopting a Donkey for yourself, or by giving the gift of a Donkey adoption to a family member or friend, you are doing something remarkable.
Not all of our donkeys are on the adoption scheme. This is due to the age of the donkeys and their health conditions needing specialist care.
